Who we are
This website is operated by Credit Corrections. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that entity.
We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles to the extent they apply to us. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. It does not cover the Credit Corrections product, which has its own terms.
What we collect
We collect personal information in two ways.
- Through the launch partner enquiry form: your full name, your firm name, your profession, your email address, an optional message, and your consent to this policy.
- Through analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. No analytics runs before you accept.
We do not collect sensitive information through this website, and we ask you not to include any in the message field. We do not collect information about your clients through this website.
How we use it
We use the enquiry details to respond to your enquiry about the launch partner program and to correspond with you about it. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell personal information.
Who we disclose it to
We may disclose personal information to the service providers that run this website and its email, each only to the extent needed to do that work.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and handles form submissions.
- Google, through Google Workspace, which provides our email and receives enquiry details so that we can reply.
- Google, for analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. By sending an enquiry or accepting analytics cookies you consent to that overseas disclosure.
Storage and security
Enquiry details are held in our email account and kept while your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets one essential cookie to remember your analytics choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing [email protected]. If you have a complaint about how we have handled your personal information, email us first and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
